  • I hired them because Sears Carpet Cleaning did a totally crappy job. They showed up and half cleaned my carpet. The high traffic area still looks like a high traffic area and that was never cleaned. Called to complain and of course the manager will call back 24-48 hours from now. I remember using them a year ago, they came in, moved the furniture, cleaned the carpet, placed the furniture on the styrofoam pieces and the carpet was beautiful. Now I guess we are lucky they show up and clean the carpet that is not that dirty. I am completely done with their business. I can shampoo my own carpet and get it cleaner. I guess that is what will have to happen.
