I've been dreaming of trying out this place since I saw it featured on Top Chef a few years ago. I was so excited to finally try this place out on my most recent trip to Vegas.
My husband and I came by on a Tuesday afternoon around 11:30am. There was no wait, but the restaurant was pretty busy! We got seated right away.
Seafood soup - Soup was tangy and perfect for the chilly day. It was came with tons of seafood!
Pad See Ew with chicken - This is a standard Thai dish that we decided to order, and it was not that great! It was bland and the noodles were cooked too long. I've definitely had better at local Thai places in SoCal.
Garlic Prawns - Couldn't leave this place without trying this. It's pretty pricey, but was worth the $$ for me! It comes with about 7 pieces of prawns. It was interesting because the shells were deep fried in the garlic mix, and they were so good! This was definitely a hit for me!
Banana egg roll with coconut ice cream - This is a pretty large dessert for two, but we ended up finishing more than half. The egg roll was filled with bananas and deep fried. The coconut ice cream is the perfect match with the egg rolls. Would highly recommend!
Next time, I'll be more bold and try the more authentic Northern Thai dishes!
