  • My son and I went to Alexi's for breakfast this morning. When we sat we heard a kid in another booth say there was a cockroach. We didn't really think anything of it until about 5 minutes later my son jumped out of his seat because a cockroach had crawled on his leg. (I should have just got up and left) I am terrified of any bug so this was very gross. We asked them to move us to the other side of the restaurant. When we sat on the other side they brought us our food and the waitress very quietly said she was sorry. We both ordered Orange juice and when my son went to take a drink noticed things floating in it and the cup was dirty. We thought we would just ask for a new one but NOONE ever came back to see how we were doing. When we went to check out the lady gave a horrible look when I asked her to take one OJ off the bill. I would think that a manager would come and apologize. Very gross and I don't think I will EVER be back!
