I tried the Devilled Eggs, Chicken Skin, Bacon Jam, Tacos, Meatballs and Oxtail Risotto. All of it was a flavour explosion. I love Fremont St and the dining down there has really blown up the past few years. Even if you're staying on the new strip, make the trip down to Carson Kitchen. It's a small, off the beaten path place that is very cozy with top notch service from a knowledgeable staff.
