If you schedule an appointment with Chas Roberts, you better be at their beck and call to answer the phone when it rings or they will NOT show up. They'll make no effort to get a tech to you nor will they be courteous enough to simply show up for the scheduled appointment. The point of a scheduled appointment is that someone will be there. The technicians are knowledgeable, but the internal customer service team leave A LOT to be desired. What a HUGE disappointment.
