| - Beautiful studio! Extremely clean. The instructors (especially Frank, Michael, Amy) are amazing - haven't taken class from all of them yet - most of them are inspiring and so great even after class - encouraging, friendly. All of the staff members here have been professional, friendly and welcoming. Large electronic lockers (YAY), pretty locker room - clean, clean) though an island bench in the middle would be nice (like at LVAC). Convenient location just off the 215 in the SW. I have never encountered a late instructor or one that was a no-show. The yogis in class have always been accommodating to one another in squeezing others in to a busy classroom, and I love that there is a good mix of plenty of both men and women in class - great energy!
Hey remember to drop a tip in the slot for your instructor. A little goes a long way when everyone does it, right? :)
Wishlist: I wish they had daily or at least 3-4x/week hot pilates, to mix up my training a bit so I can cross train a bit more. The Bikram schedule is also great though, there's always a class around the corner.
If you've not tried Bikram Yoga yet: Bikram is the hardest yoga you'll do - but the benefits are fabulous, and well worth sticking to it. Try it 10x your first month. Just 10! After that you'll likely be hooked to the challenge and it'll first change your body - then it'll change your life! Thank You Bikram LAS Vegas!
