The store was pretty empty when I got there, I thought they were closing or something because the sales associates were cleaning or organizing the bags or something, but I looked at the time and there was at least an hour and a half to go. I know what it's like to have customers linger in stores when you are trying to close. I would've gotten a handbag if someone would've just helped me but I was totally ignored. I just started helping myself and going behind counters (I think it's okay to go behind them) and was trying on a bunch of different bags and the only person who even looked at me was security, and that's because it was his job.
