rev:text	I have been awaiting TMI to open for months. I was a regular at Lisa G, and finally, Matt and Courtney have made me happy by opening up shop. Today was opening day, and despite finding anyone awesome enough to attend with me, I decided to pull my usual Lisa G style of going solo. I'm so glad that I did as I met a few great neighbors and felt super at home. 8 brews on draft- all from the West Side of the country. A few Four Peaks, and then a house beer- The Main Ale (Yes, TMI!). I had the Main Ale, Four Peaks Hefe and the Blonde Ale tonight- all good. I will probably stick to the TMI ale and Four Peaks in the future. In addition, they have the core boozy bases- I ended up with some obscure AZ brewed Wildberry vodka press that made me happy that I believe in night caps. I ordered the mac and cheese for dinner. This apparently is a side dish that Matt's sister makes for all of their families big holiday gatherings, that they turned into a whole dish with green chiles. Cheesy and spicy? It is like Matt knew me before he knew me to make this awesome dish. SOLD. Another cool note: Matt's mom has recently went Vegan so he is a bit more aware of the world and people who eat a bit differently. That being said, he has a veggie panini on the menu that can be made vegan- I will try it within a week but I'm just glad he has made it an option. I met a bunch of my neighbors, drank a bunch of good beer, had a cheesy dinner with a kick and fell in love all at that same moment. Yep, pretty sure my regular status at this venue is going to stick.
