  • I had such a great experience! I came with my toddler and baby to Big O Tires which can be a stressful situation just leaving the house. I can't remember his name, maybe Andy, made all the difference. When he took me back to show me my car and discuss tire options he held my son for me so he would be safe back there and interacted with him so he had a good time. He was knowledgeable and I felt honest about what my car needed and why. I had come prepared for an hour or so out with my kids but the work I needed ended up being several hours. I lived close by so Andy helped me load up my car seats and he gave me a ride home. Then when my car was finished he dropped my car back off at my house! What could have been a stressful hard day was made simple and easy. They went above and beyond to help me that day!
