  • People were nice when I needed to get the machine and set it up. Some of the people are good and know a lot. Unfortunately, it's about a 50/50 crapshoot after that. Do not expect anyone to call you back when they tell you they will, it will not happen. Because of my insurance, I have to deal with this, if you have a choice, go someplace else.
