  • **This is a review about my experience which started 2009 and ended in 2012: BEWARE! If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not one that hates all attorneys. I have had wonderful experience with a personal injury attorney in California. Shook & Stone represented me when I was T-boned in 2009 when I was living in Las Vegas. First of all this law office has a revolving door for employees (BAD SIGN when they can't keep staff). I was super organized with my case. I had all my medical records and bills and detailed photos of everything from the accident. I had probably 4 different paralegals working on my case in the time it was happening because the previous ones kept leaving, none of the paralegals or assistants I worked with at the time are still there, maybe that has helped it improve, who knows. With each new person coming on, information and materials from my case were lost or left out. Phone calls were never returned. Mr. Stone dragged my case out for 3 YEARS, until it went to litigation (NOTE: Once a case goes to litigation the attorney makes 40% INSTEAD OF 30%! Surprise surprise they dragged it out). After hours in litigation with 4 different attorneys in the room from all the parties, I finally said "why are you asking me all these questions, why don't you just look at the photos I provided, they show everything, how far their car was over the line, where the car hit, the damage, etc." All the other attorneys looked at me and said "what photos?" After 4 years my attorney never even submitted the photo evidence I had provided from day one. I had a copy of the photos, showed them at the litigation and the case was settled a week later. Honestly I could probably sue Shook & Stone for negligence. NEVER USE SHOOK & STONE!!!!
