  • I just signed my lease yesterday so this review is currently about my experience. I called the day before and set an appointment with Derrisha. The day of my tour we went over all of the available options for what I was looking for and went and saw the two models. I was looking for a 1B1B and ended up choose the larger model (871sqft). Both models have wonderful flow plans. I've seen some apts around town and these have high end features and are wonderfully spacious. Also my building has an elevator which is great with a baby! Derrisha herself was amazing. She made me feel welcomed and I wouldn't mind coming and seeing her again! I loved her openness and made me very comfortable and trusting. The grounds look gorgeous and the pool looks like it's from a hotel. There's also a really nice fire pit area and the gym was really neat and clean. Now to wait till my move in date and see how everything else turns out ! If you're looking to rent an apt in the southwest I would definitely recommend a tour.
