  • I stumbled upon Wildflower Bread during a Phoenix trip. My first impressions led me to believe this was a Panera-lite. I learned soon after the food and service were far superior to Panera. I ordered the ruben, a tasty, succulent sandwich on rye bread. It came with a side of red potato salad. The restaurant was immaculate, modern, and warm. The host, cashier, and the bus boy were so friendly that I could have mistaken them for family. I can't pinpoint whether Wildflower ferociously trains their staff, or if they are simply divinely gifted in hiring some of the most cordial waitstaff.
