  • I cannot think I could come up with a more incompetent management company if I tried. They mishandle mail, email, calls you name it. They offer ZERO communication, unless it's to collect money. They are unprofessional and not capable of doing their jobs. I'm surprised they are still in business, based on only the interactions I have had personally with them. The incompetence includes: Sending demand letters for payment of assessments when their own invoice says it isn't due for another year, requiring letters be sent in writing via mail only, providing one word email responses to questions (not answering anything in the email), providing conflicting information constantly, and the list goes on and on. If you can avoid this company please do yourself a favor and move on! These people are in way over their heads and have no idea what they are doing.
