  • Lived here for almost 2 years, and I never had any significant problems. For the price and proximity to campus, it's a good option for ASU students. The maintenance is kind and helpful as well as the office staff. As with most apartment complexes geared toward students, you have to do a bit of pushing in order to get what you need done, you can't expect everyone to be on top of their ish. My biggest advice is that students should actually read their leases and be aware of the rights/responsibilities they have as tenants. Pool can be occasionally dingy. Appliances are not top quality, but it's certainly manageable.
