  • Got my oil changed 03/15, they said everything was good no leaks or anything. A week later my AC quits working, go back and get that fixed, once again everything is good now. A week after that now all of the sudden my car developed an oil leak and had ZERO oil in it. Mind you we've had no issues ever with this car. I bring it in the next day where they spend 5 minutes with my car and tell me there's no oil leak and "there's oil still in the car". So I explain that the day before it had no oil and I had to put oil in it to drive my 7 month old home. He laughs and tells another guy "oh that makes sense". Says if it starts leaking again to bring it back in. What do you mean again? I thought there was no leak? I should also add that the last two times I went in I was without my husband and the main manager was very rude and standoffish but the time I went in WITH my husband he was super nice and polite to my husband. I will be taking my car for a second opinion and never return to this jiffy lube.
