  • I arrived at 9:20am to get my new vehicles brakes checked and issues with the key fob. They indicated that Sam who I had my appt with is busy and someone will be here shortly to assist. The person (Christian) that assisted me indicated there was a recall and oil is due as well and it should take 2-3 hours to complete everything. I told him we don't need another oil change because I had it done at another center. After waiting for almost 3 hours Christian who helped me the initially told me everything was good and my oil change is done. I was angry asking why my oil was changed when I specifically indicated the reason or issues I wanted addressed. He apologized and told me they would get it checked but my brakes are good and they would just clean my rotors because it might be causing it to squeak. The same person (with a dumb smile on his face) came back telling me I had been given the wrong paperwork earlier by him and it was not the update to my car. He told me my car was being fixed and that Sam, who I made the appt with would come to help me further. I think this incompetent person figured he (Christian) had screwed up so bad that it was best he transfer everything to someone with more knowledge like Sam. At this point I was waiting 3.5 hours and counting and will be here for probably another hour if not more per Sam's update. This is a horrible place to get service done and if I could I would not give a 1 star because that's too much. I will never be taking my vehicle here again and I hope this helps warn those who might consider this place in the future. Those might ask why after one mistake but this has been multiple mistakes that forced my decision to write a review. Sam continued to help me further and is doing a phenomenal job to get me the updates I deserved. Finally after almost 5 hours when I was initially quoted 2-3 hours my car was done. Sam helped the rest of the way after Christians mistake's. I was just happy to get out of there after losing half the day.
