  • I was very satisfied throughout the entire 2 weeks I stayed at Aloft in Cleveland. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a lovely woman, Ashley, at the reception desk. She was efficient and fun. My room was clean, comfortable and large enough for my needs. The hotel is new and modern. Having a modern bathroom, with Bliss product was a real treat. I did not spend time in the hotel lounge, but it seemed like a happening spot to hang out with friends and co-workers. There is an outside area, off the lounge, with a beautiful fireplace. I imagine it will be an ideal area for the fans coming to see the Browns. Oh, and the hotel is within walking distance to Browns Stadium. I will definitely stay here whenever my travel plans bring me back to Cleveland.
