For context, I normally do not like buffets. And AYCE offerings have never really been a selling point to me, either. All else being equal, I don't even like having a meal in the same hotel I'm staying at. My natural inclination is to get out a bit.
Yet with all of these preconceived strikes against it - at least in terms of my personal preferences - I still loved the brunch at the Bellagio's buffet.
Good orange juice. Good omelette station. Attentive service. The only legitimate downside was the steep holiday weekend surcharge: over $30 per person for brunch during Labor Day weekend.
