rev:text	I was looking to take my dog to groomer for the first time to get a trim. I spent a long time reading reviews and calling around to find the right place to take her. She experiences anxiety and I was looking specifically for a place that where I could stay for a little while to make sure she was doing ok before leaving. After reading all the great reviews about Alo's I decided to schedule an appt. When I called and explained that I would like to stay and wait at the salon the lady responded with, "oh, you're one of those people". Needless to say I didn't get the greatest vibe on the phone but we scheduled an appointment for the next morning when she would have an additional groomer there so that it wouldn't take as long. When I arrived the next morning at our scheduled time, we stood there for several minutes before we were greeted with, "what do you need?" (a weird way to greet someone that you should have been expecting to show up at that exact time). I filled out all the paperwork, let the dog back into the room and was told that she would be done in 3-4 hours. I reminded her (the same woman I scheduled with on the phone the day before) that I planned on waiting and we specifically scheduled this appointment time because I planned on waiting there. She scoffed at me and responded again "Oh you're one of those...well you can't stay here and wait." Are you kidding me??? I will not let my dog stay anywhere where I am not allowed to be, especially with that kind of attitude. I took my dog and left and hope people will think twice before taking their loved pets here.
