  • I actually don't know where to start! I love this place...as does my French Bulldog puppy! Every single member of staff is so friendly and welcoming, even on the phone. They all genuinely love my puppy, and he loves them back! As you enter for an appointment, they have a TV screen welcoming all the pets with each name of the pet on the screen, so cute! And when we head back into the private room, again, the pets name is on the screen in the room, welcoming us. I work full days so if I need to make an appointment they always suggest that I drop him off in the morning on my way to work and they'll watch him all day until his appointment time. Then I just pick him up on my way home. Saves me a lot of worry, and they do this for no extra cost. The other thing I love about them is that if I freak out (as an over protective mom!) and think something is wrong with him, I can text them a picture of whatever it is. Dr B takes a look at it and advises me on what to do. Most of the time, I can just deal with it myself which saves a visit and obviously $$. Or they just give me advice over the phone, which also saves me bringing him in. So thankful for them. When I took him in to get neutered, they kept me updated all day with how he was doing. They even sent me the cutest picture of him via text with a little message saying how he was fine but how he was missing me and he couldn't wait to see me! Totally made me cry! Dr B is amazing! Always on time, never makes us wait, and is super friendly and helpful. They always give us a power point presentation with information on whatever we are there for and send us away with an information pack. I couldn't recommend these guys at Pet Health enough. Thank you for everything you do for us!
