rev:text	Plus stars for front desk staff, breakfast and cleanliness. Front desk very friendly and helpful afternoon, evening and early morning. High marks for theladies who made the impressive breakfast included with your stay. Made sure everything was refreshed and kept either cold or hot, depending on needs. Excellent about greeting people and walking through dining area to make sure everything was AOK and asking if anything else was needed. We tipped and wish there was a jar out for others to utilize Our room was very clean when we checked in, however we had requested some additional amenities (body wash and an extra shampoo via the online app) which were not in the room and when we inquired with the front desk, the promised housekeeping folks never showed up with it for the duration of our stay. Thankfully, we had enough but it was perturbing to have it ignored by housekeeping. The bathroom is for the vertically challenged. I was able to kneel in front of the sink and use it AOK for brushing my teeth/washing my face. I'm only 5' 11" and have not had a counter/sink that low in a hotel in YEARS. I am really hoping that they will be refreshing the guest rooms soon. The suite was a reminder of the 'old' Residence Inn décor/furnishings. Parking is awful. The spaces are narrow and not very deep, so when you have an F-250 with a full length bed, as we do, and try to back out with a Navigator L beside us and another extended length vehicle behind us, it becomes a 6 or 7 attempt back and forth to pull back and out of the space. Also, walking in from the parking area forces you to walk through a WALL a smoke. Each time we were coming or going to the parking lot, there was what appeared to be EVERY guest other than ourselves chain smoking at the doorway. It was disgusting, to say the least. They need to establish a smoking area which does not congregate them at the door. Blech! We have two occasions to be near this location again in the next month and won't be back here due to this issue. I can deal with the sink for children. I can handle bringing extra toiletries from home. But walking through an ashtray to come and go...deal breaker.
