  • I just had my engagement ring completely re-made by Morrison Smith, after a stone upgrade. Chuck did an amazing job with designing and creating it, better than I ever could have imagined! The most tortuous part was waiting for it to be done, but that being said, good things are definitely worth the wait! The ring did need a little tweaking after being made, but then again, it is all custom and hand made- definitely not cookie cutter. The most important thing was that Chuck made sure to work with me and on the ring until I was completely satisfied. He did not make me feel one bit like I was imposing or badgering him (which is amazing, because I know I can be very difficult to please). His service after the ring was created speaks volumes to me, and I know that he will take care of me in the future as well. The store itself is beautiful! Just make sure, as others have mentioned, to park on the side of the building, unless it's a low traffic time of day. I will undoubtedly be returning for my jewelry needs, I think they're the best in town!
