  • Well I would have loved to rate this place based on an actual experience, but this one star is based on my telephone experience. I purchased tickets online. Later that day I unfortunately fell and sprained my ankle. I called skyzone to possibly switch days since it was physically impossible for me to go. Nothing. No reimbursement. No switching of days. No kind words. It has always been somewhere I wanted to go, now I won't ever go. Thank you.
