rev:text	Let me start by saying that my vacations are driven by my love for food. I saw Bachi Burger on Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives and instantly knew that I had to get the featured oxtail chili cheese fries and the banh-mi burger as my first meal in Vegas. Unfortunately, they were closed on July 4th when I arrived. Make sure you do your due diligence and check that they're open before you drive out here! On my second attempt, I came before they were opened and there was already a crowd waiting. That's a great indication of how good the restaurant is. Once seated, we ordered the oxtail chili cheese fries, the banh-mi burger, and the miyagi-san's burger. The oxtail fries were exactly the way I imagined it would taste. You know when Guy Fieri eats a dish and instantly drops his fork and walks away? I felt like that when I took my first bite. Add in the perfectly fried sunny side egg and you legit feel like you went to fry heaven. Not to mention, the oxtail is tender and they don't skimp on the oxtail either! The burgers were just as amazing as the fries. Personally, I didn't have a favorite, but my boyfriend liked the miygai-san burger better as the banh-mi burger is a bit on the sweet side. I regret coming to Bachi Burger on my last day in Vegas as I couldn't experience it another time before leaving. It was one of my favorite spots in Vegas that I made my boyfriend go back there himself and order the oxtail fries and a burger just so he can relive the experience for me LOL. Apparently, the fries taste just as great heated up the next day too. Come early as reservations aren't allowed!
