  • Alright. I agree with Leigh S, these are the best huevos rancheros in town!! I got it with the chorizo this morning and I spontaneously said, I quote, "that was a burst of flavor!" Obviously, with words like that, it warrants a review. Uhhhhmazing. And their Cha Cha iced tea is great!! Seriously on my list of top iced tea in Madison. Such a cute atmosphere too when you're in the front room! But now you ask, Amanda, with such a great review, why only 4 stars? My little quibbles: I almost always get seated in the back room which is dark and a lot less cute, the rest of the food I've had there is okay, and they never cook the eggs to the exact doneness me and my friends specify. I'll say over hard and one is over easy. My friend will say over easy and they will be over medium. Kind of a shot in the dark with that one. However... WORTH IT.
