Quice and Apple shallot confit. Just thinking of it makes me dissolve in a heap of happy.
They make one hell of a sandwich. They use several Nueske's meats - which are always fabulous - though the salami they've sourced for sandwiches is also exceptional.
Plus: scads of exceptional Wisconsin cheese options and knowledgeable, helpful staff. Other boutique-y food stuffs available - things like honeys, dressings, sauces, oils, seasonings, and chocs.
Wasn't able to visit during the winter, so I can't speak to the yumminess of their soups - I do look forward to checking them out this fall, though.
