  • We have a few rental properties in Las Vegas and through out Southern California. We were looking for a plumbing company that would help us not just now but with future projects. We called 5 different plumbing companies in the north part of Las Vegas to do a job in one of our Town homes. Edgar was very professional and gave me thorough information. We scheduled the appointment to fix a toilet that was clogged and he called me with the quote. The quote was $170 to snake it without removing the toilet ( using a 6ft closet auger) and replacing a fill valve with a 400a valve. We were ok about the price, he was the cheapest by $30-$40. The next thing we were trying to fix was what we believe this company just was not fair. We believe that when it comes to Plumbing, Electricity, HVAC and Roofing, most companies take advantage of the home owner because these are items that cause you a lot of stress and you need them to be fixed asap. Edgard's plumber who went out recommenced that both of our upstairs bath tub spouts needed to be replaced. He quoted us $250 for both. We asked what the price was for the part and he said it would be about $30 ( Moen part). He said it would take about 40 minutes to install but he had to charge me $95 an hour for 2 hours minimum because he had to make a living and he had trucks and blah, blah, blah. We told him no and got us upset and by this time his plumber was already working on the toilet so we could stop the work. We ended up coming to town for a meeting and we went to home depot , purchased the same part for $25 and we installed both parts in 20 minutes. Beware, this company is a rip off. VIG
