  • I bought a Buick Encore the end of July and had a great experience for the most part. Steve was really great. My only complaint is I had everything completed in advance and I was still there for 3 1/2 hours because there was only 1 finance person working (who was great as well). Once I met with her, we were done in 20 minutes. Other than that, had a great experience and would recommend purchasing a car there.
