  • Thanks for ruining my birthday massage! I called them yesterday to see if they had any openings, they did at noon for a 90 minute massage that I was going to purchase on groupon. I said I could be there around 12:15 because I had another appointment and he said as long as you're here before 12:30 you will be good. So I set the appointment and bought the groupon, get to the appointment at 12:15 to be rudely told by another receptionist that I was too late and would put them off schedule. I explained to her what the other receptionist said and that didn't matter, they wouldn't give me my 90 minute massage. If they had been truthful in the first place I wouldn't have bought the groupin and wasted my time here, I would've went somewhere that would've taken me without any problems.
