  • No stars, and for hq as well. I've never gone into a business where more inept people worked! Employees walked around like they had no desire to be there, and they got that attitude from the manager, who didn't even help the clerk who was trying to redeem a gift card we got from hq! Hq? More like "dilligaf" to anyone with a legitimate issue with a store. Staples, I'm on my way! P.s. had to choose a star in order to post this, but this star doesn't count!
