  • Wow where do you start when you get excellent customer service I went to another mechanic shop and was given the runaround and high prices my wife contacted a gentleman by the name of Rigo had a great attitude great customer service and knew what he was talking about then there was Miss Ashley she was excellent also she knew where everything was and directed us while we wait for our car to be repaired one of the best customer service people I've ever worked with goes by the name of Sue she had a wonderful attitude she knew what she was talking about and she was very patient with us this young lady if I own my own company I would try to take her and then there's brother Andrew the mechanic who did the work did a great job this was my first time ever in a pep boys to the pep boys executives if you read this one I give them a 10 out of 10 excellent job .
