  • The women's locker room is clean but small. I went on a friday morning and it was packed. The waiting room for treatments should be calming. A kneck warmer would be nice. The waiting room was loud and the chairs uncomfortable. The massage was forgettable not good not horrible. The therapist was very friendly. The music was too loud and I have a hearing impairment! The showers were forgettable..a rain fountain head would be nice. My shower at home is nicer than this place. There is absolutely no privacy in the ladies restrooms. Very loud engine noise from a back room in locker room. I was looking forward to a relaxing day but did not find that here. They missed the mark on the ambiance. Save your money. Overpriced. The Ritz is a better spa for a similar price range.
