  • One of the worst car rental experiences I have had. We waited close to an hour for the shuttle after calling and calling. One customer walked across the street to Budget. I did not realize this was one of three rental places off site as I was not familiar with the location. Not only did the service person insist on a prepayment of gas but there was an extra roadside fee which was not optional although we have AAA and insurance coverage. The additional fees were almost $100. So much for the lowest price. We canceled the reservation immediately and called Enterprise and went back to the airport for a rental that was actually priced as quoted. The office itself was filthily. I contacted Payless and have received no response.
