  • As a loyal customer, I completely agree with Travis B. I LOVED the place and the atmosphere (especially the band) but the bartender with the beard (seems like the bar manager) was very rude to my group the past few times we've been in. I understand if you're having a bad day or you don't feel like being friendly, but this is just a rude attitude... EVERY. TIME. I'm sorry but I shouldn't feel like I'm pulling your teeth to get a pitcher ordered (especially when it's not busy at all). It's a real shame because it's a really nice place with a lot of fun to be had. Only reason we won't be back is that dead-eyed bartender and fear of being overcharged/under served(which has happened twice). So long Lucie! You'll keep losing LOYAL, paying customers like us as long as the bearded bulldog is handing out bad looks instead of service. If anyone wants a million dollar Idea, build a restaurant identical to Sage&Sands and staff it with a bartender that has people skills. Tips: Go for the games, not the service or alcohol quantity Count your drinks at the end of the night and compare to your tab
