  • This mover was not the least expensive, and not the most expensive. The original estimate was $1070.00. Since I had already moved, my wife and son-in-law went to the storage facility to allow the movers to gain access and take specific items. They were very careful with packing and loading. The driver said that if they could hurry, they would be able to get the furniture on the truck to meet me in Seattle WA. I was informed earlier by my rep, that only if the pickup was on Friday would the delivery be made within 7 days due to scheduling. In other words, he had misled my wife. The cost was $500.00 more that estimated, but since I have moved many times, it wasn't too much of a problem The Furniture arrived 21 days later with only 1 broken item. A pull tab on my dresser, no big problem. My original rep, was not available to give me information, and the representatives in the office do not have the requisite information from the delivery personnel to give constant updates. I did get a 24 hour notice. The driver kept me in constant contact, and told me when he would be late due to prior customers not accepting delivery at arrival. I overall have an acceptable experience and wonder what occurred with the others that have given 1 star.
