First Choice is an incredibly dishonest and incompetent organization. I've been dealing with them not knowing how to submit an insurance claim for the past three months. After about a dozen phone calls, where I had to reiterate my insurance information to one incompetent employee after another, they finally figured out how to submit a claim, and received payment from Delta Dental for $343.00. This was in November. Now, just last week (early February) I received a bill for $343.00, which was supposedly 60 days past due. They are trying to gouge me for double payment. Once I sort all of this bull shit out, I can guarantee that I won't be returning to this dreadful place.
