  • I am giving this a five star solely because of the two staff there that busy their ass to assist customers and actually know what they are talking about. The young lady with pastel purple hair and the older lady with glasses and long blonde hair. They are both amazing and the only reason I continue to shop at this location. Now... the other staff... the tanned girl with long dark hair who walks around the store with a scowl on her face. She'll just stand there when it's obvious the customer needs assistance, when she is asked a question she rolls her eyes and has no knowledge of the products in store. I have encountered her many times and she has never once welcomed me into the store, smiled or seemed eager to help. The other girls there are friendly but still don't know much about the products. I was even told to put ash in my blonde hair to remove a green tint and told it was safe to use 40 developer with bleach on damaged hair. To the two amazing women I mentioned in the first paragraph, thank you for helping me with my hair problems and educating yourselves before giving advice. This location needs some training and customer service skills!
