  • Was a long time customer but had two rude conversations with the owner (I think) over a pair of jeans, the 2nd time I offered to pay, even though it was her mistake, and she talked down to me, tried to explain things like I was a childish. Just silly behavior. Done. Had many things altered here, close to a decade, but that kind of service is gross.
