  • I just bought a house and made a tremendous amount of improvements I probably was at this place every day for the last three weeks, it is unbelievable to me how this is a major retail store In America,. The level of customer service and the level of answers you get to your questions here cannot be worse, there are a few people in the store that actually know what they are doing which is why i gave it one star. I've never seen a group of employees over the phone and in person that have that blank stare like they have no idea what they are doing, it's like I asked them to split Adams or explain combustion when asking how much a drill is
