Beautiful hotel. Always beautiful floral displays, the fountain is always a must see when when we are in Vegas.
We checked in to the Bellagio around midnight after we hit a couple of casinos in the area. We actually stayed here because we received 3 complimentary nights (yeah, thank you for that). So, when making reservations I was told the the 3 nights here were free of charge but we'd need to pay the resort fee and taxes.. Ended up paying a bit more than just fees and taxes!!? Hopefully it's a deposit that will be returned at the end of our trip.
Got to the front desk and found out the room we were supposed to have, was not available.. Was given a room with two queen beds instead of a King.. Kind of frustrating when you travel with your husband and instead of having a nice big bed both of you gotta sleep in one smaller one while on vacation :(
Was told that I'd received a call in the morning when the rooms become available- no one has called yet and it 8:00 pm :(
We had a room at the farthest end from the elevator... Ugh. Then we got to listen to our delightful neighbors having an early morning argument for about an hour.. Made a compliant but.....? Nothing was done. :( We just had to wait for them to stop bickering about losing money in the casino.
Parking Garage is a NIGHTMARE!!!
Now that the properties charge $18.00 per valet service, everyone is choosing to uses the self-park lots. We left the parking at 11:20ish it took just about 15 minutes for us to get to the garage exit. I think we left at the same time the show got out, that was terrible!! By the time we got to the stop light on South Las Vegas Blvd. it was 11:50pm Literally a parking lot nightmare!!
