Truly the best overall barbecue experience I've had. i like that it respects both the meats and vegetables when it comes to offerings and seasonings. You get rich flavors rather than an over -salted sameness that is so common. The black-eyed peas and collards are so tasty(and vegan even). They seem to be based in a rich broth flavoring. The variety of sauces for the meats are so complex and delicious. I am still using the sauce I have left to flavor my own cooking - soups and meats.
