  • The girl on front register today 8/20/17 on Maryland Parkway at about 11ish has the worst damn attitude and knows nothing about the damn store that she works for. I mean she's just a flat out idiot. Went to Best Buy in Henderson right before this one. Purchased the same item from both stores. Henderson let me use my certificates without an issue and offered me the insurance. Went to Maryland for the same item because for some reason these two stores only carry one product of certain items per store. Anyway On Maryland I was told I need an ID to use my certificate.. since when??? I had just used some of my certificates in Henderson no ID required and wasn't even offered insurance on my product on Maryland. Rude ass girl even dropped my change on the counter and didn't even help me pick it up. Placing a call to Cooperate tomorrow morning with her name and register number. Her attitude was completely uncalled for.
