  • This CO OP is my fav. Not only is it super convient for me, right in Forest Lawn, but it also has everything I need! Getting there by bus is super easy, from franklin take a #26 and it drops you off in front of the COOP Gas Bar, a 2 minute walk from there to the COOP grocery store :) and about a 15 minute bus ride from franklin. Right now Im really into Yeeves brand vegan dishes - their soy taco blend is delicious. But out of all the grocery stores in Forest Lawn (Sobeys, No Frills) COOP carries the largest variety of cruelty-free gmo free options. Which I love. Also, have I mentioned the FRESH BREAD?! Maybe its just mw, but my favourite is fresh, chewy baked white bread - im talking just pulled fron the oven, still warm. The freshest of the fresh and COOP really pulls it off. And for an excellent price. I used to head down to Sobeys for fresh bread, but only until I discovered COOP! Make sure you have a CO OP card for the discounts! It really adds up. A+
