SERVICE DEPARTMENT REVIEW:
What a POSITIVE Mini experience! After being very frustrated with South Bay Mini, it was refreshing to 'visit' with North Scottsdale Mini! 1/4 of the way through and about 500 miles into my roadtrip I noticed that Winnie needed an oil change! I called Mini of Tempe and they were all booked for the day. So I called North Scottsdale and they were able to get in me at my preferred time of 1pm. The maintenance people were super nice and my service consultant Shaun Moss went the extra mile to do some minor service for free for me that SB Mini would have charged me for! What a difference a dealership makes. And Shaun makes a difference for his dealership! I'll probably never go back but it's nice to know not all Mini dealers are into scare tactics!
