  • Oh man, where do i start... Now that I have recovered from the behemoth meal that was Rollin Smoke Barbeque, I can now gather myself to write this review. First of all, if you come here expect to wait in a line. Don't worry though, the line moves fairly quickly. Here's what we ordered: 1/2 slab baby back rib plate (4/5) - Very meaty ribs, not fall off the bone but still juicy. I give it a 4 instead of a 5 because they didn't remove the casing from the outside of the rib and it made it a little hard to eat. Overall, I liked it and would order again. Outlaw burger (5/5) - My boyfriend who is a total burger aficionado tells me that this is the best burger he's ever had! Keep in mind that he loves bbq and bbq sauce so this burger did not cramp his style. There are tender pieces of brisket paired with ground beef, fried onion strings, barbeque sauce. Don't be shy because this WILL get messy! Service is good here and people are really friendly. Unlike other casual dining places, the staff actually comes to check up on you after they've delivered your food. Oh yeah and we checked in on yelp and they gave us a free ice cream sundae due to our burger order. Can't beat that!
