You can call this company the NO Man! Last June I called Yes to do an air conditioning check. I was talked into their Yes Reward program along with their Dynamic Electronic Air Cleaner. The bill was $1685.00. With the Reward program Yes came out a few times to check my plumbing. Every time they came to my home there was always a problem according to them Each plumbing visit was going to be about $400.00 for the repairs. Fortunately, this time I said no to the Yes man!!. The Dynamic Air cleaner was totally useless. It did not help my sons' allergies or keep less dust in my home. I was told my home would be cleaner than a hospital!!:(
Obviously the technicians work on a commission!
The icing on the cake is that when I went to change the filter I was shocked (electrically) several times. It was very scary!
Lastly, upon reading over my contract, Yes guarantees 100% satisfaction. I called and told them I was not happy. I expected some type of reimbursement. They sent someone over, I was told there was NO refund! I know I was taken advantage of and please do yourself a favor and find an honest and reliable company. I would not want this to happen to anyone!! I am out $1685.00 but hopefully the Better Business Bureau can look into this!
