Home inspection prior to purchase done by this firm, who said all was fine with our 2 units. Two months later, after purchase we had them come out to clean filters and service the unit (we usually do maintenance 2 times per year...once for the heater and once for the A/C). They told us the A/C's were pretty much shot and they could go out at anytime. They did not recommend any replacement of parts, as this would be putting money down the drain. They recommended replacing the units at approx $7000 each. We had another firm come out and replace 2 $75 items and said the rest of the unit tested fine. Parker was also pushing us to do this now as the price would go up if they went out in the summer. BEWARE and get a second opinion if they recommend costly repairs or replacement
