  • I have been so satisfied with MMM that I have told my friends and family after two moves with MMM that this is the best customer service experience I have ever had from any company (both times). My extremely positive review of their customer service includes experience with auto dealerships, clothing stores, home service organizations, hospitals or anything else. And, these two moves were numbers 10 and 11 for us so we're not novices. Consequently, I am dumbfounded by the negative reviews here. I would, without reservation, hire them again. I'm only sorry I can only recommend them once.
