  • Needed to go back a second time after getting a haircut here, to have it fixed. The outcome is, that I initially went in for a trim, and subsequently ended up needing at least another 3 inches taken off to have my haircut fixed. My hair is pretty short now, which I never wanted. When I realized there was an issue, they got me in immediately, which was great. The girl who fixed my hair was wonderful and didn't charge, but my first haircut was $40 with tip...I would have appreciated the salon at least offer to refund me part of my money. It's just hair...it grows, I get it. I see they have generally good reviews, and I went based on that and a friend's recommendation, but I honestly won't go back.
